Bloom and sky can i have this dance
However, Bloom does not believe that they can truly be together as they are now because Sky is not as free as he thinks he is since his father was the one who made him come to Red Fountain under a false identity. Due to the numerous duties that a prince like Sky would have to deal with, Bloom just cannot bring herself to believe that Sky will be able to decide things for his own happiness, which includes their potential relationship.
This begins to form a rift between the two as their relationship is still on the rocks when Stella and Brandon return having made up already. At the very end of the issue, after Bloom's magic allows for all the Alfea Fairies to defeat a mysterious monster, Bloom decides that she needs to return back to her home in Gardenia as she feels out of place in the Magix. Stella suspects that she may be leaving because of what happened with Sky and the Winx promise to always be there for Bloom before she packs her things and leaves.
However, with what happens after Bloom leaves, the two of them do not have the luxury of worrying about the complications of their romance. During the war against the Trix in Issues 11 and 12 , the two being each other's well-being and safety above all else.
After the events of the war, the two actually share a kiss which ended up being recorded amongst the rest of the Winx's memories in the beginning of Issue Even after having kissed Sky, Bloom still adamantly denies being in an official relationship with him, possibly out of embarrassment. This does not stop her from being more affectionate with Sky when given the chance though, as the two even share a heartfelt moment by a fire during their mission in the mountains to collect moonlight.
After being separated from Brandon , Stella , Musa and Riven and being taken in by an abrasive woodcutter named Karel who helped them rescue Timmy and Tecna from falling into a river, the group accepts Karel offer to stay at his cottage for the night. It is there that Bloom and Sky cuddle in front of Karel's fireplace and Sky eventually tells Bloom that he believes she is meant to do great things with her power over the Dragon's Flame.
Bloom also believes the same for Sky since he will eventually succeed his father and become King of Erakylon, but this causes Sky to worry over whether their destinies may cause their paths to part from each other one day.
All Bloom can tell Sky is that she is not sure as even fairies cannot see into the future. Though, now that their feelings have basically been displayed out in the open, the new couple still has to address one glaring problem: Sky's engagement to Princess Diaspro and, in Issue 15 , they are forced to finally confront it when Red Fountain holds a party to commemorate the reconstruction of its new campus.
When the Winx catch wind of the party, Bloom reveals that Sky has been in a strange mood the past few days and fears that she knows why. Her fears are quickly realized when King Erendor and Queen Samara make their arrival as Samara had brought along Diaspro and her parents as a surprise for her son. Diaspro herself also hints that she came with Sky's parents to pick up an old conversation that she could not afford to leave be. This naturally makes Sky uncomfortable and, later, he confronts his mother about bringing Diaspro given what he had told her: that he does not love her.
Samara suspects that this is due to his mind still being focused on Bloom but Sky finds that he is actually unsure as to where his heart lies and he expresses his frustration over always being told what to do.
After being reminded of the importance of his engagement with Diaspro and the duties that he owes his people that come with being the crown prince, Sky reluctantly agrees to talk with Diaspro at the Inauguration Party.
Once the Party commences, Sky does as he promised his mother and invites Diaspro to dance as they talk about their current situation. Unbeknownst to them, the Winx had snuck into the Party and Sky uses this as a chance to break away from Diaspro to "honor" Bloom for being the hero who defeated the infamous Trix , leaving Diaspro to feel bitter at being thrown away.
Though Bloom is a tad jealous over Sky being to close with Diaspro, she is still aware of Sky's situation with his parents and happily takes his invite to dance. While they did so, Diaspro tricks her old friend Doradil into helping her "win a bet" by kissing her "friend," Bloom, under a two-hour timeframe. Eventually, Bloom becomes curious and asks Sky why his parents are more lenient on him being around her, to which Sky reveals that her being the famed fairy who took down the rebel witches made it easier for him to be with her.
Hearing this causes Bloom to think that she and Sky can only become a couple now that she is famous and though Sky tries to clarify what he meant, Bloom becomes enraged with him believing that she would never be good enough for him if she stayed as a "common person.
Bloom moves to a more secluded part of the ballroom to wipe her frustrated tears until she is approached by Doradil and humors him as he flirts with her. Once Doradil offers to take her to another part of the school to see the dragon they captured earlier, Bloom initially tries to refuse his offer but reconsiders at the thought of making Sky jealous.
Once the two make it to the dragon's cage, Bloom immediately starts fawning over the beast as Doradil makes his move. Bloom tries to get him to take her back inside upon realizing what Doradil may be up to but he does not stop until she slaps him. Soon enough, Diaspro emerges from her hiding place to dismiss Doradil and demand that Bloom give up on Sky as a prince would never marry a commoner like how she views Bloom to be.
Bloom tries to get Diaspro to challenge her world-view by telling her that "commonfolk" do not exist because everyone is special and that Diaspro should let Sky be free to choose who he loves, even if it is not her, if she truly loves him.
Enraged and frustrated, Diaspro attacks Bloom and accidentally sets the dragon free in the process. Bloom then chases down the dragon as it flies off with Diaspro in its claws, eventually arriving in the land of dragons.
Meanwhile, the Specialists and the rest of the Winx hear the dragon's roars, learn from Doradil that he took off with both Bloom and Diaspro, and take a shuttle to pursue it. Winx Club Wiki Explore.
