If you completed all your college coursework at the same time as your high school work, you will apply as a FTIC student. If you completed at least 12 credits of college coursework after your high school graduation, you will apply as a transfer student.

No, however, you may be eligible for a waiver of the out of state fee. Eligibility for the waiver is determined based upon evidence of attendance at a Florida secondary school for three consecutive years immediately prior to graduation and application for admission to an institution of higher education within 24 months of high school graduation.
