Personally I think that killing everyone and everything makes little sense, but it is a matter of personal taste. I had the opposite problem! I used dozens of mods to repopulate the map and to increase respawns because after beating the game the first time there were very few NPCs and beasts around to fight.

In one instance during the series, he kills everyone in Megaton—and then, to rub salt into the wound, he finishes the Tenpenny quest that lets you destroy Megaton with an atom bomb. The run goes through five different pieces of DLC, and the final body count comes to a whopping 3, dead folk. I've heard people do stuff like this before and it just never appealed to me. At most, I believe you can kill 3 of the main factions 4, and so long as you finish the main story with the Minutemen, you can then alienate them by siding with the Nuka Raiders.

Still cannot wipe the MM out, but that's about as close as you can come. It's not like the Outer Worlds where just about anyone in game can be killed on a whim. Damn it, I can't be looking like I know what I'm talking about! That'll ruin the reputation I've worked so hard to achieve.
